Christine Stevens, Business Development Director (UK)
Christine Stevens began working with Pulse Solutions as a client in 2004 and in 2009 joined the team as Business Development Manager in the UK.
During her career in business to business marketing Christine developed a keen interest in IT and internet technologies and the ways in which these can be leveraged to give real business advantage. She has excellent practical experience of business systems and procedures across a range of disciplines. She honed her project management skills working in the public sector, managing educational and IT based projects. Her clients appreciate her organised and supportive approach.
Christine studied music from an early age and plays the violin in local orchestras, often using the violin she made herself.
Manoj Manghnani, Co-founder and CEO
Manoj is a well accomplished technocrat with over 15 years of experience in the Information technology industry. He has several Microsoft and Cisco certifications in addition to a degree in Economics and Finance from Bombay University.
Love for building Internet enabled software coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit
prompted Manoj to found Pulse in 1997. Manoj has consulted for corporate giants
like Pfizer, Hunting World, Inc and Hawkins, this professional consulting experience
and training in networking technologies has helped him groom Pulse into a solution
provider that builds world class software.
He drives the overall company strategy towards global reach, excellent customer
service and technological superiority.
Manoj’s communication strengths combined with an approachable demeanor enables him
to effectively work with a wide variety of personality types while directing and
focusing them to achieve goals under even the most aggressive timelines.
Richard Allen, Business Development Director (USA – West Coast)
In January 1966 Richard he joined the Army and soon entered into the Special Forces training program from which he graduated in August 1967. In 1968 he served in Vietnam and served on two A-teams (A-101 & A-107), and with a Mobile Strike Force team.

Richard spent a number of years in banking at First Interstate Bank and Bank of America as an IT project manager. He moved on to become a finance officer and investment administrator for large institutional trust clients. His IT project responsibilities involved development of business systems requirements, and RFP’s, through vendor selection. His finance projects led to a reduction of B of A's non-earning assets by $2.0 billion, which improved its earnings' ratios and helped to meet the Federal Reserve's change in its equity to asset requirement. He was responsible for overall administration of client investment portfolios including, research analysis, posting transactions, reporting and client relationships.
Richard’s accounting, operations and consulting experience, coupled with his education has led to hands on knowledge of numerous accounting and information software packages, development of Y2K POS solutions, and development of ecommerce sites.
His clients cover a wide variety of industries, including; service, restaurants, light manufacturing, entertainment, design firms, construction, healthcare, mortgage companies, e-commerce and fulfillment industries. Clients have ranged in size from $1MM to $20BB.
His educational background includes not only a BS in accounting, and an MBA, but continued education classes at UCLA, and his attendance at a Japanese management development school. His experience in Japan has aided in fine-tuning his team management and leadership skills.
Inderjit Singh Matharu, Project Manager
Inderjit has built websites for over 15 years, right out of college way back in
1996 he fell in love with web design and has been at it every since. Even with a
wealth of knowledge Inder is always eager to learn new design tricks. His experience
guides all of our projects towards a timely and successful launch.
It is no secret that Inder likes to get all his ducks in a row before starting on
a project. His frequent and numerous process questions ensure that we understand all
project goals in the utmost clear terms before a single line of code is written.
Inder leads the Storyboard and HTML Divisions at Pulse.
When not at a computer you can find him cruising on his motorbike along the beautiful
Mumbai sea face.
Ketan Gohil, Team Leader, .Net
Ketan is motivated by the belief that improving even one person's life through thoughtful design can have far-reaching effects. This faith was born from his extensive experience in designing complex interactive products. He first tries to understand his users and then designs according to their needs. He has worked with various technical platforms across a broad range of industries and has a proven track record of delivering high value for the clients. He is a valuable addition to our team and brings with him a natural leadership and a strong sense for identifying the most appropriate solution and the ideal blend of technologies to make it happen.
Surjit Kaur, Design Director
Surjit comes from a professional Art background with a degree in applied arts. She
is the creative visionary behind most of the Pulse's web design. She has an outstanding
background of over 7 years in design, usability, engineering and information architecture.
Surjit has worked on various web interaction and usability designs including print
and brand identity.
Rupesh Kumar, LAMP Tech Lead
Rupesh has over 9 years of experience in building cutting edge solutions using the
best open source technologies available. He has shepherded projects across multiple
platforms and technologies. Rupesh has managed multi-disciplinary teams with as
many as 20 members covering roles such as web developers, desktop developers, designers,
strategists, user interface designers, and database architects. He is passionate
about collaborating with end users to better understand their needs from a specific
solution.
He leads the open source database development division that builds everything from
content management systems to large scale CRM solutions.
His role as a systems analyst and an excellent tech mentor has been proven and well
recognized.
Gaurang Srivastava, Design Team Leader
Gaurang brings to Pulse Solutions a vast amount of experience in Web development.
He is the chief interface designer for large CRM, Custom office management suites
and desktop software solutions that demand excellent grasp on function and usability.
His expertise in content strategy, identifying requirements, information architecture,
user interfaces and technology has helped us deliver solutions that make us proud.
By correctly assessing problems and identifying solutions, Gaurang has delighted
clients over and over again. He has successfully led departments and teams comprised
of highly diverse members.
Neha Thaker, HR Manager
Neha is the HR manager at Pulse Solutions. She plans and oversees human resources
and administrative support at Pulse. She is responsible for facilitating processes
and managing the internal business operations. She has an incredible penchant for
building and managing HR processes. Neha gets the best talent in the company and
plays an important role in maintaining a great working atmosphere.
Neha joined Pulse when our HR processes were under strain due to the rapid ongoing recruitment.
She made sense of it all and is responsible for a well tuned and proven
recruitment process today.
